Problem with hm2 license

hi to everybody,
hope someone will help me with this problem:

i was using HM2 then i saw the new version(2.0.0.7223) and downloaded it. So after the installation i clicked on "enter serial number",put the name and licence and it asked me the email and PW. After having filled these again "enter serial number".I put it another time and it says:

A valid license could not be obtained for 'Hold'em Manager'. Please contact PASG, LLC for assistance.

DETAILS

No licenses found in the suggestion cache.

No compiled licenses found.

No licenses found in C:\Programmi\Holdem Manager 2.

So, unistalled everything, downoladed the full installer of the 2.0.0.7223 version but i got the same thing.

I've tried a couple of time again but still nothing.

Any suggestion?
