HEM won't start up and won't import.

Hi,

For some reason now when I start HEM it will say (not responding) and then a window will pop up saying something about an error and timing out. Sometimes it will go ahead and start up, but when it does there is some weird picture with icons in the middle of it and it won't auto import any hands from HH. Need help don't know what is wrong or how to fix it. Thanks Curtis
