    Have emailed support a couple of times but they
    dont respond.

    Email me the code i need for the installation, plz...

    You should email sales@holdemmanager.com with code or sales issues. Support is for technical issues, what happened was you emailed one of the staff that was away on Holidays, ive now forwarded your email to sales and they will respond soon
