cards0.png is missing

When I started HEM today it said root element was missing so I followed the instructions in this thread:

Now I try to start an import and a message saying cards0.png is missing and hud will not work. Followed instructions from this thread:

Did not work. How can I fix this?

My cards0.png lives here:-

C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager

So look inside your "Holdem Manager" folder & if that .png file is not there then put the .png I've attached in

those didn't work. i went to uninstall again and now hem isn't on the list of programs by control panel or with cccleaner.

it also says couldn't find image/smallicons.png after couldn't find cards0.png

i got all of that sorted out. now i can't get my hud to function right. i d/l'ed a fresh copy and when i try to move stats around on the table they end up back in the same spot after i click apply after i had clicked lock layout. if i dont click lock layout they go to the original spot the hand after i move them.

you have to save positions after movig stats - give HM chance to remember them
and only after that - lock layout

Hi. I keep getting the mesage - can't find cards0.png. Also, copied some of the other cards0 files from another thread. I have deleted the file and uploaded it again - didn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried version 1.11.01a, 1.11.01, 1.10.06a. Nothing works. So, right now UD does not work at all.

Any ideas would be great.

you should put this file (cards0.png) both in HM root folder AND in Images folder
do it and post screenshots = contents of these 2 folders (with files sorted in ABC order)
