HEM not importing hyperturbo STTs, and regular STTs on FT.

Quite frustrating. Ive updated the software to the latest version too.

The hands are imported, but it seems like my HEM doesnt agree with the tournament summaries. AS if there were none present.

When I look in my FT folder, where the HH are saved first before being processed by HEM, they're still there.

I see that the manager is importing the hands,but "tourney" results won't show.

Any ideas?

Are you using 1.11.0?

Please move the files to a different folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

Yes I am using that version. and no, your suggestion didnt work.. Hem is importing files, but I can't see them in the DB. They're there, but it's like some filter is on, preventing me from looking at the stats, alltough there is no filter on.

You have it on normal speed, try filtering all speeds as i think HM is recording some of the speeds incorrectly but that should be fixed soon

It's still not working. No matter what I do. Lifetilt. None of the tournaments that are being imported are displayed in the tournament tab. wtf.

I've tried everything so far, but no luck, damnit.

Edit: My HEM suddenly started working again, when I refiltered the "all hands" filter.. IDK why, but it worked.

Sorry but your screenshot links don't work for me.
We had a problem with the first 1.11.01 release for FTP. Please clear your browser cache or use a different browser, download and install the update again.
