Change Player Removal

In the player box where it says CHANGE / REFRESH, etc. is it possible to remove a player from the 'CHANGE' dropdown menu?

Is this something that could be requested for a future release? It would be really handy to be able to remove once you've viewed another players stats.

I take it uninstall and reinstall is only option at the moment?
