I can't use 15 days trial

Hello.

I download HEM and install it, but i can't use the 'try' button. I didn't use HEM before and i just re-install my windows before 4-5 days and can't see where is the problem. Why i can't use it for 15 trial days? Thank you in advice.

Please try disabling your firewall and try again as this is probably blocking it because we cant extend the trial once its over so it must be the firewall blocking it from connecting to the internet

I don't have firewall. I re-install the program, but still i see 0/15.

There is something on your PC so blocking access, unfortunately we cant extend a trial even if we want to as its run through a 3rd party company. Please try rebooting and checking programs that might be blocking
