Problems importing 888poker

Hi,
I have troubles importing the hand history of a freeroll tournament on 888poker.
HM didn't import any hands the first 40 minutes, then I upgraded to HM version 1.10.06a and now it imported about 10% of the hands but without showing any hole or community cards.

I reinstalled my PC with Windows 7 lately and changed to PostgreSQL 8.4 but I could import all my old PacificPoker hand histories without a problem.
PacificPoker released a new software and the hand history filenames start with 888poker now, but the file content pretty much looks the same.

With all those changes I really don't know where the problem comes from.

I may send you the hand history after the tourney is over.

We dont support freerolls, sometimes they may import as their structure is quite similar to ordinary tournaments but in general we dont offer support if there is an issue with freerolls

Previously the Freerolls on PacificPoker were imported perfectly, so I suspected there's something wrong in general.

But just to please you I started a $1,10 DoN on 888poker and it doesn't import at all. What now?

Auto Import finds the hand history but only counts import errors, no hands imported.


[edit] The tourny is over now. The summary was imported but the buy-in is wrong (Freeroll instead of $1.10).

The problem is that I set the language to German, because I thougt it wouldn't make a difference for the hand history. Most of the action is still written in English ("folds", "bets", "raises") but the buy-in reads now "1 $ + 0,10 $" instead of "$1+ $0.10" and the suits are written "Kreuz", "Pik", "Karo" and "Herz". So that's why the buy-in and the cards couldn't be imported.

Stupid 888poker. I guess you should add the information to the site specific setup help that the language of the 888poker client must be set to English.

Now that I solved the language problem there are still some hands that cause import errors.

Obviously whenever the player in the big blind doesn't have enough chips and can only partially post the blind the hand causes an import error and doesn't get imported.
As far as I can see the hand histories are correct though.

imports fine for me, please go to Control Panel > Regional & Lanaguage Settings, in there it should let you "customise" all 4 date, time, currency, numbers TABs

Can you post all 4 tabs here and ill see if something is out
