I have no problems importing the file.
Try downloading it again.
Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Completely turn off UAC and reboot.
Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off.
-->Right-click on the HoldemManager folder--> properties--> turn off the attribute "read only"--> Apply--> OK

Can you delete > \Holdem Manager\Importing\Config\prefs.xml and also delete, pospref.txt and pospref2.txt.

Sorry guys I don't mean to be inconvenient, but when I click on the file to download the HUD it downloads and saves correctly. However, when I open HEM and go to import the file, it is not where I saved it. What am I missing here?

Thanks...I was able to find it for some reason when I saved it on my desktop...
I too like I only using green for too loose, red for too tight, and NO color for the acceptable value. Could you show me an example of how you used this concept in relation to the Stats you provided?
