Holdem Manager Registration/Activation

I am willing to register for Holdem Manager and while browsing about Holdem Registration/Activation process, I was redirected to a page where it says "No more Activations allowed. You must first deactivate the software from the original machine before attempting to activate again", the most common issue. I am newbie here. Just wondering if I stuck somewhere, will I have anyone there to help me to complete the activation? Also, what level of support do I get after the Holdem is ready to use?
