Trouble buying SNG Wizard...

i allready contacted the Support via Mail but wanted to get help more quicker in the Forums if u can.

this is the original Mail:

i tried to purchase the SNG wizard with the Account related to this Email address (Account Name: *** id: ***). After i click on the "Add to Cart" button i keep getting this error:

"You are only able to purchase one product code per user account for all of our products. You previously purchased this product. Please check your my account section for details or contact sales@holdemmanager.com for special consideration or if you wish to become a reseller."

Does this mean if i like to buy any other Product i need to create a new Account or does it say i allready bought the SNG Wizard (what would be wrong!)
If i click on "check out" regardless of the error and change the payment options to PayPal i get this:

If you have not received a reply, you will get the best help by emailing sales@holdemmanager.com from your HM2 registered email address with your question. They have access to the accounts and can see if and where the problem is. Typically, email support will answer within 24 hours.
