Comparing HEM Reports with LeakBuster

I'm comparing the stats in LB with what's in the standard HEM database.

A report for a certain day or month with careful scrutiny of stakes doesn't seem to compare with what I get when I import into LB.

Somewhere in the process several hundred hands are not being imported into LB and it's skewing the stats and the comparisons.

Is there any way I can ensure that there's complete congruence between the hands in LB and the hands that show up in HEM reports?

Yes there will be differences. HM for instance will report 6-max data as 6-max even if there's 2-4 players at the table. Leak Buster does not count that data. It counts only hands that are 6-max with 5-6 players at the table.
