    Default Microsoft Framework Download Problem

    I cannot download the Miscrosoft.NET Framework 3.5 service pack properly. Every time the progress bar will stop & it will say "download complete. You can now disconnect from the internet." when the download isn't even finished and then it won't let me close the setup.

    HEM won't start without this download.
