1) You run PokerStars and HoldemManager as admin?
2) Textsize in PokerStars is set to "Medium"?
3) Try to disable the font smoothing ("clear type" fonts) in windows manually.

Do you use the english PokerStars client?
yes,i always use English pokerstars.
You get the error message : "can't detect PokerStars lobby" ? (or similar)
