reformatted comp need hm again..Help plz..

Hello all. .

My comp went crazy a week ago and a friend of mine reformatted my computer so all the files i had are gone. I use hold em manager on my desktop computer too... what is the easiest way to get it up and running again on my laptop? and also is there any way that i could import all the hands i have on that computer on to this one.. ?
