UB problem at one computer but not the other
Me & my wife both play at UB. I don't have any problem with my HEM but she get's a LOT of SNG's results showing up as "black", in other words incomplete info & she has to manually enter the results. I do NOT have that & we both have the same (1.10.04b) download. Any ideas why?
Possibly she plays 2+ table sngs and you play 1 table sng's, if not please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread

No, we are both playing single table SNG's. You want the HH's from the tables that DO NOT appear complete correct?
Yes the ones that dont show correctly
