Problem importing large files.

Hi all,

I've recieved my lifetime hand histories off pokerstars, and I'm trying to import them in HEM. On some files its going fine (a bit slow, but fine) however on one chuck I'm only getting the response -> 1 files to process, then it comes up with a 4500 hand importing error. I can't seem to find more details about what this error is.

At other times I'm selecting one folder (each folder has my extracted hand histories in one text file) and its simply saying it can't find any files to process?

Any idea's on what to try would be appreciated.

How did you recieve your files, by email and was the HH sent as an attachment or were they pasted into the email body? Below is instructions on how to import to HM based on how you recieved them.

Also you can set stars up to save the HH to your hard drive and have them automatically imported which would be much handier for future hands:
