it did this to me when I right clicked the file and saved link as, when I just clicked the file to DL it was fine
thats fixed it ....was using a download manager and overrode that option and did a manual download and it worked.
try winrar
yep unzipped file, now it works.

Im playing on the 100-250bb ante PLO tables and my hud shows up after the update but the hud is only showing the overall stats for the players after all hands Ive ever played with them, not for any new hands at the table...these hands arent even showing up in HEM...What should I do?
so im a noob-
i downloaded it, unzipped it in winrar then moved hmhud and masks to the HEM folder---in the c:/programfiles(x86)/rvgsoftware/holdemmanager
however the first time i did this i was NOT prompted about an overwrite and this.
after doing this it still is not working on the 40100 tables
help?

what do i do if I'm using Vista? I tried the directions and even had someone who had successfully done it team viewer and do it for me and the HUD still doesnt work.
