I wonder if there is any tutorial as complete as possible or preferably a video which shows step by step how to install HUD on poker stars poker zoom in more precisely.

I've done the update of the latest version, now set up the folders already set up the places where I sit and still nothing, is that neither my nickname holdem manger recognizes.

Any solution to my problem because I do not see what you can do more.

Follow these steps and actually already gave.

There is no Hero hud in Zoom Poker.

I don't really understand the rest of your question. After a table change the hud needs some seconds to identify the players at the new table.

The mucked cards and board cards from the previous hand like you show in the picture above from a normal cash game do not show on the zoom tables by design. We decided not to show these on zoom tables because it would be too confusing to show the known mucked cards for the previous hand because those seats would have new players in the same seats.
