Boss support?

I use HH converter because I play on Stella-poker (Boss media), and it works fine...BUT, I can not observe a table (or more tables) and import stats/information about the other players, unless I am sitting at the table myself....Any idea how to fix this? (can't find help anywhere)...

When I am not sitting at the table HH converter doesn't convert any hands, and I can't find the table in the Table finder...

I don´t think it´s possible to datamine Boss. Check out the 2+2 software forums. Maybe you can find some info there.
