HUD not working at PokerLoco (OnGame)

I have followed the FAQ to configure OnGame and it's importing hands correctly. The problem is that the HUD won't work!

I've searched the forum and googled but found nothing that helped me. What should I do?

I don't know what the table finder is. Do you mean the table manager? If not please tell me what you mean.

Btw, the table manager doesn't find the open tables although HM is tracking all hands correctly. It's very strange
