InstaScan offline for 3 hours today (during peak hours)....
What is causing this? It's been happening the last couple of days.
Should we expect these down times to be over with or to continue?
It seems that I have to restart HEM to keep finding out if it is back online. Yes?
Sorry, it should work again.
During the last 2-3 days we experienced a problem that we never had before.
We are taking actions to overcome these difficulties,
and hope it will not happen again.
And "yes".
You have to restart HoldemManager to get InstaScan working again (if available).
