incorrect bet sizing Preflop

i've been using TN for almost 20 days now and i've noticed that once in a blue moon, the PF raising is way off. for example, i was in a mtt and the blinds were 100/200, and i was UTG and i hit the raise button thinking the right size was set but it ended up putting in close to 25k out of my 60k stack. how could it be this off w/o any limpers no less? now i'm forced to check every time i bet even tho i play 12 tables. it hasnt happened that many times, but i count about 3-4 in about 3 weeks of play, 60-70 hr average. that might not seem like a lot, but it'll add up if it keeps up.

also, i programmed my space bar to fold and a few times a day, it stops working for a minute so i have to use the mouse to move to the next table and it sometimes fixes by doin that. very annoying. please help.

It sounds like Ninja is having a little trouble seeing your tables at times. This can be caused by a variety of things including custom table or card themes. Please post or .zip and attach a copy of the following and I'll look it over for errors.

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. Go to Start > Computer > C:\Program Files (x86)\table ninja(remove the '(x86)' if on a 32 bit operating system).

2) A screen shot of the table with your HUD displayed. See instructions at Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows.

I have a similar problem. i'm playing SNG, on Stars, stacking my 12 tables.

The preflop bet sizing remains at 2BB and do not take into account the settings of TN.

I think I have noticed that it occurs when the previous hand was gone to showdown and TN "wait" that HM shows the showdown hands. there is a kind of "lag" in TN due to HM.

Its possible that your "last hand" card display has been set to pop up over the pot tab. This would make it impossible for Ninja to calculate you bet until is disappeared. There are a variety of other reasons this could be happening but it will be difficult to say without more information. Please post or .zip and attach a copy of the following:
