FT PLO Rush: table manager & HUD problems

Apologies if this is a known issue. I searched but couldn't find it.

I'm running Windows XP SP3, 1.10.04b with Omaha Manager and playing Full-Tilt PLO Rush 6max. The HUD comes up and displays, but there are several issues:

1) Table manager does not update correctly. It always says 0/6 players playing. See screenshot below.

2) Because table manager does not update correctly, any HUD stats based on stack size don't follow "Player Preferences" settings. For example, all players show up red no matter what limits I set for yellow, green, etc. Trial and error suggests that player stack size is always zero.

3) I can't get any Player Preferences configuration other than "default" to be applied, no matter what I set the "Use For" tab settings to. I tried to set up a PLO config, but only the default is ever applied.
