OMG Please help with installation.

I have read everything I can and watched all these videos but they keep making these big leaps and assume things that are not happening yet. First the video assumes that if table manager and holdem manager are running then hud must be working and skips getting this up entirely. Also in the video it looks so easy to add my name to actually get HEM working but when i do it it says " you can't select an alias that doesnt have players attached to it? 2 days now and holdem manager isnt working or even close i feel but at least its kept me from playing for this whole time. Awesome, please can someone help?

You can't get your HUD to work ? Try this:

Have you got hands you've played imported into HM ?
If you haven't yet then HM can't find your poker site name(s) in its database
This is what you do to set up Hero names:

Can you detail your problems more clearly after you've tried these FAQ's ?

By I have read everything I did mean i had tried the 2 most obvious attempts to fix this. OMG i just want to go back before i ever tried to use this software. can i get my money back since these programs are usleless in current state and there seems to be no help? please someone help, i explained where your videos are leaving me hang. please someone help make this software work or send a link so i can try and get my money back. worst 2 days in recent memory. wish i never tried to install this "amazing" software.
