HUD in Rush only showing players name

I have read through the forums and can't find a solution. The HUD shows up correctly on Rush tables(names anyway). All of my other stats are not there though. I have it set to use the same HUD on every site in every type of game. What am I missing?

Hi,

Are you using 1.10.04, if so go to Hud Options > Site Options and untick prefetching for full tilt, is there any hud showing at all now?



1) The tables need to be sized appropriately. (600 - 750 range) If your Rush table is outside of that range a pop-up message in the HUD window will advise you.

2) Make sure your HUD doesn't overlap names on the table. We're using a screen scrape method for various reasons and the names must be visible so we can read them. Also go to FTP Lobby > Languages > Language Options and make sure they are set to English

3) Most performance issues can be resolved by changing the table window size even by a small amount.See #1 and make sure you have the rush update installed http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdateRush.exe

4) Make sure english is the selected language in the lobby

5) Test the Hud out on a normal table first to verify its working

6) Dont use any Aero or other windows themes, change it to the default xp/vistawin7 theme

7) Turn Cleartype Off

8) Turn Avatars off in Full Tilt go to Options and untick Avatars

9) Switch between Classic and Racetrack in FT by going to Options > Table View

10) If you are using graphics mods you need to restore the default FTP graphics.

You should be able to use the Selective Restore Package and install the BasePods Classic and BasePods RaceTrack so that HMHUD can properly read the names from the basepod. The area around the player name text must be the default colors of Black or White.

12) Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

It is basically just showing an incorrect HUD and it happens on all tables, not just rush tables(sorry I didn't check till after). I only use one HUD for every site and every table type. The HUD i use does not include the player's name. The player's name and notes button is the only thing that comes up on Full Tilt tables. My HUD works fine for the other sites I play on. I unticked the prefetch hands and it made no difference.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager. Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default. If you have any custom HUD's export them first and/or copy the \config folder to back them up.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt.
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table

I got it working somewhat. I at least got the basic HUD going. It just doesn't recognize my custom HUD. Probably I will just rebuild my custom hud in the updated version and see if that works. Thanks for helping.

This is usually because the Use For tab is improperly configured for one or more of your HUD layouts and/or you are not selecting the proper HUD from the Choose Configuration: drop-down menu. The Default HUD should be set to a site you never play, and make sure none of the other layouts have conflicting rules. Any time HM isn't sure which HUD to use, it will revert to the Default HUD (even if it is set to a site you never play).
