I can't think of any messages HM produces with the [ ] dont show this message again option. What was he doing when he got the message? Is he sure the message was from HM and not perhaps from another program (firewall?) regarding HM?
It was Table Scanner message saying "you are using wrong language version of poker client"
And I asked user to give screenshot of this, but he can't

I am not sure if it is possible to make those warnings appear again. I would probably have to ask the scanner developer. This thread may do better in the scanner forum if the message was scanner related.
Has the customer reinstalled an english version of the poker client? What site? Is he still having problems with the scanner?
