    Default vacum / reindex problem

I did a full vaccum with pgAdmin and it went on for more then a day... seem frozen at one particular line... then the next morning it was still at that point or what sure seem like it... I closed it and an error message appear but I didn't save it...

went on and did reindex (maybe I shouldnt have after the error and should have fix it) but anyway got an other error ...

ERROR: could not find block containing chunk 02A9CA58

-- any way to fix or repair what is wrong?

Your database is damaged. If the vacuum/full analyze and the reindex fail there is no other solution than creating a new database and restoring a backup and/or reimporting hands.
