A player is in the hands not in player list....

i have a player that i can see in some hands, even in replay hands ,but i cant select him as he is not listed in the player list...!!!!
any ideas...happened to anyone??

Which site ? In replayer is his name exactly the same as in the poker site ? Does he have unusual characters in his name?

here are some examples: è ë Â ¿ / ¤ Ö Ǖ or even dashes - or _

For example on PokerStars I have a few players whose HUD stats are screwed up because of this. They are in my list of players, but their names are slightly different from the names on the site.

A different, but character related problem... any notes I write on them have gone when next I play them (the old notes are really still there in my PS notes.xml but now under a changed name)

It's no big deal for me because I remember how they play & no hands are lost

yeah also people can use 1 instead of i in capital so it looks like this
