Least error HH-format? Why errors btw?

Hi --- I would like to get recommended a format to output HH files in that HEM can import.

Goal 1: Find a format to prefer because it yeilds the least import errors to HEM
Goal 2: Understand when and why the format yeilds import errors for HEM

Please now observe that I ask about the format itself. I do not care if HEM gets loads of errors because the formats associated client was writing to the file while HEM read it etc.
