    Default HM2 Database Not Syncing Between 2 Laptops

    Hello,

    I have HM2 installed 2 laptops and I am trying to sync their HM2 database to HM SYNC.

    Laptop 1 is running HM1 version 2.0.0.6984 on XP.

    Laptop 2 is running HM2 version 2.0.0.7124 on Windows 7.

    1) I synced Laptop 1 with no problem.

    2) I try to sync Laptop 2 to the same database in HM2 and the "HM2 Error Report Message" starts flashing and HM2 suddenly closes.

    Any ideas?

    If both are syncing correctly now, DON'T UPGRADE but just wait for the next automatic update (to an official build).

    There were issues with HMSync in 7172, so that build was pulled. Last released internal release is 7164.
    Last non-released internal release is 7185.

    In the above situation, I was running HM2 on both laptops at the same time. Can HM2 with the same license run on 2 separate laptops at the same time?

    Yes. The license is valid for two computers (to be used simultaneously)
