When I use instascan for pokerstars, it doesn't put the table on which I'm already on waiting list in orange as it does when I use the other scan? Is it normal?

When I use instascan for pokerstars, it doesn't put the table on which I'm already on waiting list in orange as it does when I use the other scan? Is it normal?
Yes this is normal.
Insta-Scan can't detect if you're on the waiting list or not.... because to detect this the TableScanner 'reads' the color of the tablename in the PokerStars lobby, thus relying on a Classic-Scan.

now i cannot select instascan. Is it normal???

If you still can't select Insta-Scan, email sales@holdemmanager.com and ask them to activate insta-scan.
