Missing HUD stats - not capturing all hands

Hi

I'm having a problem with the HUD as it is not tracking all the hands played by opponents at my table. It seems to be recording all hands for me and yet it is inconsistent for all opponents - it may capture a few hands and then stop, or fail altogether.

Any suggestions how this can be rectified?
