    hi,
    having problems installing the update.
when trying to unzip to rvg folder, it denies me access!
now, after aborting i cannot even open the 'old' tourneymanager', saying it cannot find the .msi file, and i should reinstall.

how can i reinstall? and does this mean that my database is lost??

    please help!!

That is because of the Windows UAC settings for your user account.

Unzip it to a new folder, on your Desktop for example. Then manually Copy and Paste it to the \Tourney manager folder

That should get you back up and running.

I was told when I bought HEM pro that this was being intergrated into to HEM as I was a MTT/SNG player. Is this no longer true?

Does it use the same HUD?
Updated frequently enough to keep up with the games?

HEM just does not constantly keep t summary's correct. As a high volume palyer its just impossible to keep up at times.

Tourney Manager is really very basic. I havent used it much but I cant think of much in it that isnt also in HM. It doesnt have any sort of HUD. It is just for reviewing/tracking results. It is actually in need of an update right now for the recent full tilt updates and to fix the stars summary email importer.

The latest version of Holdem Manager should be quite accurate if you have the hands and summary files? Are you playing at stars or ftp?

Sorry for not replying to your email yet. I sent an email to my co-workers regarding tourney manager and have not gotten a reply yet.

I believe it works OK with stars SNGs currently. There isn't a lot of documentation for TM honestly, and there isn't much needed. You simply import the hands and/or setup a 'Live Watch' folder and then you can see your results. It is very limited in it's scope compared to the power of holdem manager.
