Password reset

I had try to login on my account on Hold'em Manager Poker Software - Best Poker Tracking Software 2 days ago but it seems i forgot my password.I clicked on forgot password to get it Reset,i put my email on the box and clicked to reset password to get it on my email.
2 days have passed and i still didn't recieved and email from Holdemmanager support.I tryed more times to reset it but still nothing.How much i have to wait to recieve that reset password on my email jesusss!!
