Entraction/Noiq EUR hands import as USD

Bugreport: Entraction/Noiq EUR hands import as USD
HEM Version: 1.10.03b, 1.10.03c

Problem: Entraction has only EUR tables, it shows also EUR in the history (tested noiq poker). However, imported amounts are exactly the same in HEM, it shows up at the EUR 0.5/0.10 stakes in report, but the USD($) field in report shows the exact EUR amount from the historyfile (so no conversion is done). If I select NetEURWon in report it shows the same amount as $.

Result: incorrect absolute calculation of winnings/losses.

Reproduction: import noiq history file (you can contact me for a sample if needed, adminmail=on). Select a report with $ showing.

Note: same effect on a new database.

Edit: I see that conversion works from sites that have USD as their currency, those are converted down to EUR in the NetWinEUR box (shows a different amount). Seems the other way around (convert EUR -> USD) does not work.
