Rakeback and bonuses don't show up

Everything else appears to be functioning correctly, but neither of these appear in my charts. Is there any common reason this could be happening?

Cash or Tourneys tab? Are the bonuses at times that are consistent with a session? Can you post a screen shot of the rakeback/bonuses window?

Cash games. Yes, I'm usually playing when they are applied, except for the rakeback. I'm not on my home computer right now but the rakeback and bonuses tab looks just like my regular graph. There is nothing else on it.
