1. Is RESTEALING defined ONLY when it's done by one of the blinds? In other words, if CO steals, and BUTTON 3-bets...is that a "resteal" as it's defined by HEM2?
2. oh, and also >> re the "vs. 3-bet" stats, do they apply only to the preflop raiser? For example, if EP raises, CO cold-calls, and then one of the blinds 3-bets (and EP gets out of the way), does that affect the "CO Fold to 3Bet from blinds" stat or not? See what I mean? The CO wasn't the original PFR'er...but he's still technically facing a 3B...it's just not a 3B of HIS original raise.
3. And I guess question #2 above also goes for the "fold to resteal" stat. Say the BUT steals, and the SB flats, then the BB 3-bet/re-steals and BUT folds. The SB is now facing a "resteal"...but it's not a resteal of the SB's steal, but rather of the BUTTON's steal (who has since gotten out of the way). Does the SB Fold to Resteal stat apply exclusively when it's the SB who is the stealer?
