Default Problem sharing database with 2 computers over a network

Im having some problems connecting to my DB from my laptop when i got DynamicDNS set up for the connection (to easy connect to the DB when im not at home)

If im in my home-network, im able to connect without any problems if i use the DB-machine IP. However, if i try connecting with the hostname, i get this error:

I've set up the router to port forward to the correct IP, and also the firewall on the DB-machine also should allow the connection according to my FireWall-logfile:

    2010-02-18 19:42:06 ALLOW TCP x.x.x.x 192.168.0.100 2749 5432 0 - 0 0 0 - - - RECEIVE

    What could i be missing?

I can only give you a FAQ link: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Run PostgreSQL Over a Network

For further help you should look in a postgresql community (PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database)
