Tournament showing as incomplete after a deal

I just finished a 45 man sng on FTP which ended when me and the other guy dealt HU. The tournament is showing as incomplete in HEM and so the result (I manually entered finishing position and winnings) is showing in the Data View but the result is not showing in my stats.

Any advice on how to remedy this?

Please contact Full Tilt and request the tourney summary and then import it and it should update results
