can't auto import microgaming hands

hi guys i just started playing in 5050poker (from micro gaming) and i just can't get my HM to auto import hands, i can import them manualy, but obv that's not what i wan't, i have the last HM version. thanks

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.10.02 final from the link in my signature.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

same problem with me. and I think I did everything right because before I deposit on that poker room I played on ladbrokes which is from the same network (microgaming / Prima) and HM worked well.
does HM works on 5050poker ? If not when it will work?

and there's is another problem, I tried to use table scanner on 5050poker and it HM gives me an error "HoldemManager.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" and closes.

I use windows xp and I did every step about how to configure HM.

i know it's a very asked question but i can't make hem to autoimport hands from Ladbrokes. I moved the gamehistory.dat and imported manually and it worked, it took the hands. But other than that...
