PT3 exported hands for Microgaming not working with HEM import

SO I'm trying to help a buddy who's converting from PT3 to HEM and he has about 200k hands to export from PT3 and import into HEM.

Only problem PT3 exports them in a weird txt format, as in one liner for each hand and HEM imports them but finds 0 hands.

Does he still have his original handhistories??

since I notice the hands are in euro's

You can zip and mail some sample hands with a link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.net so we can have a look at it.

i have the same issue with bossmedia, but i have trial version until i get my credits so it may be the case, when i try to import form file or folder nothing happens, those boss hands look very much like real boss hands only in one line
