Tourney\results after registration i can't view my tournaments

Hi,
Today i've registered my license n.2 on my notebook (trial 15 days evaluate today), i have a license n.1 on my desktop and it's ok.
Before registration HEM was full functionally, after registration (succesfully completed) if i click on tourney/results all my tournaments are disappeared.

I can view all my tourney hands in
reports,
preflop cards and
hand

but in reports there's nothing...
nothing in stats, dataview, graphs and trending pallettes...

I clicked on:
filter by date: all hands
buy in: 0 to 10000
players: 0 to 40000
all speeds
all games
all tables
hold'em
No filters

but i can't see no tournament on my database (player name is setted, if i search a player name from my DB i can find it but no tornament appears...)

After this problem i tried to update HEM from 1.10 beta 5 to 1.10.02 but nothing is changed...

Couple of things you can try

1) Please install the latest version (1.10.02): (already done)

2) Clear the main filter go to Filter > Clear then Filter > Use for all
3) Now try reports, hands and sessions TAB and see if the hands are showing up
4) Beside the date filter and clear filter you should see a dropdown box with All Games, Omaha, Holdem etc make sure All Games is selected.
5) If the problem persists try creating a new database: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Databaseand see if there was any errors importing the hands, then check and see did the missing hands appear.

Ok, trouble solved.
Points 1-2-3-4 don't worked fine, with point 5 i fixed the problem.
