Pokerstars -> "Could not detect Pokerstars Lobby"

Hi there,

I just purchased tablescanner yesterday, but I can't get it to work. Whenever using the "Client-side"-scanning for PokerStars, I keep getting "Could not detect Pokerstars Lobby". Since I'm a small stakes player, the server-side scan is no option for me.

I've checked the following things so far:

-Got newest HM beta
-Lobby is neither resized nor on another font than "Medium"


I got Windows Vista.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe


Make the the tables in the LOBBY... match the scanner settings...

especially FORMAT: combine through should be set at OR.
Check the stakes/seats/structure/pokergame, etc. settings.

I think i got that covered.

PS Settings:

The PL/NL lobby on the micro part open with filters:
-6players max
-US Dollars/Euro enabled (disabling Euro doesn't matter)
-min:0.1/0.25, max:0.1/0.25
-Fast and normal tables enabled
-Standard and 50bb BI enabled
-Hide full tables disabled


And in tablescanner:
Pokergame: Holdem
Struct: PL/NL enabled (disabling PL doesnt matter)
Pokersite: PokerStars
Seats: 6max
Stakes: 0.1/0.25
And all formats are enabled and the "OR" is selected.

Do you run PokerStars and HoldemManager as admin?

Ok, please don't shoot me, but it's fixed.

Apparently I wasn't applying the update to the correct folder and thus running an old HM version, while thinking I had updated it.

Im having the same problem, not used table scanner on Stars before but not had any problems elsewhere.

Im playing the 20-50bb 6 max tables and have gone through everything stated in this thread .. and cant see any difference, but im getting the same error message.

Ive also right clicked the desktop ( using XP ) .. properties/appearance/effects and chose standard.

Ive just updated to the latest Beta version ..1.11.05 Beta 18

This is whats ticked on my table scanner

No limit / poker stars / 6 max / shallow ( 20-40/50 BB ) / or / correct stakes

Not sure if Stars is running in admin ( dont know how to check ) ... but im certain it is.

Im using Classic / client side and using medium font size
