So as you can see, down in the right corner there is the HEM logo and i can open it that way and it even finds the name of my database. But that's the only thing that works. This program has never worked on my computer.

I hope it's okay i posted the picture. Thanks for help!

Do you have postgreSQL installed? You have never imported any hands? Is this a trial or registered version, and if it's a trial, how long has it been installed?

*Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

    1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
    2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
    3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
    4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

    1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
    2) Use our combo installer to reinstall PostgreSQL. Make sure you un-check Holdem Manager during installation. http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ager_Setup.exe

Please try the separate installation of postgresql, downloading it from www.postgresql.org.

    Version 8.4: http://www.enterprisedb.com/getfile.jsp?fileid=810
And if that doesn't work please try 8.3: http://www.enterprisedb.com/getfile.jsp?fileid=806

Please come back with more details about your system (Operating system, Firewall, Virusscanner) if you need further help.

    Hi,

If that installer fails to install PostgreSQL, please reinstall PostgreSQL using the following instructions:
    A) Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt > Right-Click > Run As Administrator
    PHP Code:
    net user postgres /delete
    B) Reboot.
    C) Try installing this version of PostgreSQL - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...3.9-v1.0.7.exe

if that fails follow step and and try this version PostgreSQL: Choose a Mirror

The first method to delete(eliminate) postgres does not work I have you make a capture:

17613639649881_postgres.jpg - NoelShack - Envoyez vos images, photos, et partagez-les.

And I was good in administrator(director).

I have delete of classic method postgres and to try to re-install(re-settle) the version that you advised(recommended) to me.

Puts of the same way a message saying to me that postgres was not able to settle down correctly and the probleme thus remains the same.

If you type in the command there must be no space between the / and the delete. You should read the error message below the command where it give you the exact syntax in french.

    net user postgres /delete

2988402679845_postgres2.jpg - NoelShack - Envoyez vos images, photos, et partagez-les.

I reboot afterward and tried to re-install(re-settle) the version advised(recommended) it does not still work

    the username is not found
You must have already deleted the postgres user.
