Issue : Definitions without notes

Hi,

I've made some definitions and they work well (many "success" when I seek them in my database) but for some reason, there's no notes written on the players pop-up. The analyser says that there's no notes to analyse even if there's more than two hundred success.

I've reset all notes and automatically recreated them but there's still nothing added.

Could you please help me ? The app is great and useful but I feel like I'm losing something. Thanks

I had similar problems. And was told to check this page:

When you have created the notes, if you run an export can you see them? (File-Synchronize-Export to text file) You should be able to see the note description in the text file. This is the issue I had, and when I recreated the notes they appeared. Also have to set them to appear in the Notes Pop up (under HUD options) or alternatively have you added them to a pop up in your HUD? I'm not expert but this worked for me.
