HEM 1 to 2 , want to trial first, help please

Before I do anything to snafu my set up, I cant seem to find any info. On the HEM site it says if you already have HEM 1 you can download the free trial version from inside the main application, but I cant find how to do this.

Oh yea, I play a lot on the WE so is it possible to start playing after a short time, or do I need a day or 2 before I can use it like I was using HEM 1? If it takes a while I wont update till Monday. Or, if I have troubles, can I just open HEM 1 w/o any hassle after installing HEM 2?

I assume I DL and install. (If not, dont delete and tell me what to do, if this gets deleted I will know that link is what to do)
