HUD problem 888

Hi,

I just started to play at Pacific/888. HM works, the hands are tracked, but the HUD does not appear at the tables. The FAQs dont help me with my problem. Anyone here knows what to do?
there are so many fish and I lose soooooo much value without my HUD

i solved my problem. It works after downloading the newest version.

But i have a new problem. The HUD works but the hands are not imported. There are always import errors

Please update to the latest version again, and make sure your HM says version 1.10.02 - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

the HUD works fine. I have to bring it in the right position, but I know how to do that.
HM finds the hands and tries to import them, but it always shows me errors.
This problem I have after downloading the newest version and I never had this problem before.
I will try it again tonight
