Default HEM not important all hands

For the past couple days HEM has been missing about ~1k hand a session. When Im done I normally check my sessions tab and notice that Im missing a large amount of hands and money. I emailed my poker site (ftp) and request the HHs and import it to my HEM, which has about ~2k hands, when its done important it doesnt change and just shows my sessions with only 600 hands.

I have the latest version of hem.

Which Operating System? Is HM and FTP setup to run as admin?

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

    1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
    2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
    3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
    4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB

If that doesn't help Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

    Default Same problem

I have exactly the same problem. Holdem Manager is missing a large amount of hands each session. Yesterday, because of that it lost track of about 6 buy-ins I lost (it looked like I was up 3 buy-ins, but according to my bankroll I was down 3 buy-ins).

    Using version 1.10.02 of HM
Windows Vista Ultimate logged in as an administrator.
    Pokersite: Everest Poker among others

I tried to use the above. But I think because I am logged in as an administrator the area that says: "Run this program as an Administrator" is grey and I cannot select it.

Did you try what Fozzy Mentioned?

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database

Same thing is happening to me. I tried what fozzy said with the new UTF DB and it still doesn't work. I'll play a session and it only gets ~75% of the hands

    Whats going on????

EDIT: I have Windows 7 & HM is set up to run as admin

    Hey there,

I have exactly the same Problem.
After i saw that HEM did not import some Hands (I actually only realized one All-In Hand was missing) i requested the Hand from Pokerstars.
After they sent me the HH, I imported it, and gor a "duplicate" error...
ok, so i played around with the HH and changed the Hand #, and imported again.
Successfull (at least no import error or "duplicate hand" message), but the Hand still does not appear .., x_X

i am sorry, there is no way, i can create a whole new DB, it took me weeks of non stop importing, to get my DB running.
isnt there anything we I can do?

I am Using Windows 7, and HEM 1.10.02. "run as ... " is activated...

    Kind Regards
    Julius

Please try a reindex via pgadminIII->maintenance

and check your filter, datetime and player name settings, Stars changed the handling for player names with special characters some days ago so you should look for variations of your name in your database and create an alias.

If this doesn't help there is no other solution than creating a new database.
