    Default No pgAdmin III

I am following the restore instructions. I am using PostgreSQL 8.3 because my computer is old and would not use the autoinstaller - I installed it from another forum link and then installed HEM separately. All went fine after I downloaded the correct .NET framework.

I am trying to copy my laptop HEM database to the desktop described above, and have gotten the backup made and transferred to the desktop. The restore instructions say to click on the "Elephant" called pgAdmin III. My elephant is not called that - it is called psql - in fact no file is called pgAdmin III.

    Any ideas?

Download it, unzip it, and run the .MSI installer to install it in the same path as your postgresql installation. Then you should be able to find it there or in your start menu.
